Original Oilfilter: 071 115 562 C
3.8 L Oil
Olie specification: VW 505 01 / VW 507 00 / VW 506 01
Here are the torque specs I have used:
Bottom cover drain plug: 30 NM
Oil filter cover: 25 NM

Hi, I have recently bought a 2004 Altea with the same engine. I must say, its really nice that you included the part codes (had to change a part and had to look for the right code for three times until the shope shipped the right part). Any other tips you would have for maintenance and maybe heads up for possible common faults?

Not much oil came out? How much oil do these engines need. Mines a 2006 2ltr tdi ? Good video
