I have been retired on 31/03/2018 and tIhere were criminal & Departmental case were pending against me and decided on 28/11/2023 withholding pension & gratuity under CCS(Pension) Rules,2021. Can the Rules of pension amended on and applicable since 20.12.2021 are applicable to pensioners retired on 31.03.2018 or otherwise,please. guide me as to file an appeal against order for which I shall be obliged.

Can new evidence be relied upon in the disagreement note by the disciplinary authority after completion of Inquiry proceedings which was not adduced during IO/PO stage? The new evidence was never part and parcel of the Charge Sheet. You are requested to provide your valuable opinion citing rule and the Supreme Court Order that whether the Disciplinary Authority can use new evidence after conclusion of IO’s report.

Sir my father got dismissed from Bihar govt,then he fought against the bigar govt and won from the supreme court..now all pension and arrear and all monetory benefit is given to him..but my father is no more now...my ques is govt lower the retirement age of my father by 3 yrs....so should I fight agains the govt or not...if yes then after how many days I can file a case in court against the govt order...!!!?plzz help..
