sir kindly suggest me suspension period does not qualify for as service for grant annual increment. sir in may case my department reject may application I was suspended for the period from 12th 2022 June to 9th March 2023. I got annual increment on 1st Jan 2022 but i have requested to grant my annual increment on 1st July 2023 but department has rejected.

Sir, if a person is placed under suspension and after four months of his suspension DPC conducted. His juniors got promoted whereas recommendation of DPC for his promotion kept under sealed cover. Subsequently CAT set aside all the orders i.r.o. extension of his suspension keeping the first three months as there was no chargesheet even after 2yrs. That means at the time of DPC he was not under suspension rather illegally under suspension. Is he eligible for promotion. Pls guide Sir. Make a video on that pls.

Hello sir Very informative videos But I have a question ❓ During the period of this penalty Kya employee ko promotion mil sakta hai Ager employee level 5 me ho aur leve6 ka promotion Milne wala ho To kya promotion hoga Aur ager promotion hoga bhi To kya level 6 ka basic se salary milega After taking independent charge of level 6 Ya fir penalty period (SF 11 one year non cumulative, ) pura hone ke baad hi use level 6 ke basic se salary milega 🙏
