I need one help here … I have created one Dashboard and added one report in which I have selected source table as hardware table . How can I dot walk from the hardware table to server OS field which is custom field available in server class and add this field in the same Report …

Will do. Anything specific you had in mind on this topic? You thinking Access Control Rules, or more along the lines of Roles?

@@knewget thank you. Definitely Access Control Rules. The CSA exam spends only 3-4 pages on this and it is easy to make a mess out of them without a well-rounded visual tour. I spend 1/2 my work day arguing against sticking sensitive information in the SCTASK table and then trying to lock all itil users out of those entire records but it is a losing battle.
