Yeah.. I’m giving you the ServiceNow name for things in the video. From an HTML perspective, most would call that area the banner frame.

Anyone else having trouble accessing where he is in this video, the Next Experience UI? Signing up for a personal developer instance doesn't lead me here. I'm having trouble sifting through the various ServiceNow documentation to understand how and if it is possible to enable the Next Experience UI on a personal dev instance
