Hello Philippe, I have a widget that displays attachment recorders. I need your help on creating a widget that displays the attachment depending on the link the user clicked on. I could not find links or video on how this can be done. Can you please help? Thank you

Hi @elianaright6983, thanks for reaching out! Did you mean to display an attachment content when clicking on an attachment record? There is a ServiceNow property which you can enable, so you are redirected to the content page of the attachment. Please refer to this ServiceNow Support link: support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0725626 Creating a widget for this purpose might require much unnecessary effort to fit its needs. Maybe this will help you :-)
