Servicing the Inlet Water Pressure Regulator - Sapphire Scientific / Prochem Truckmounts

I just purchased 370 brand new. When I'm filling up the fresh water tank I have water coming out of the blue hose that comes out from the truck mount From the metal box at the back of machine, right next to the metal lid that should only be discharged excessive water that is overheated. I was told by service that this part should be checked in this case?

My 2017 pro 1200 se has one of that also. and it has 500hr on it. do i need to clean it also?
