Try automating the decay time instead of dry/wet while sidechaining reverb. I found out this trick by myself and it's actually pretty sick. When there's a lot of voice the reverb is small and fast, but when the pause in your speech comes it immediately fills with huge reverb, works pretty well with melodies too. It is useful while making an ambience stuff.

8:40 Btw Servida check Frank Pole's channel, he made a plugin (patcher) that can check mixes from monitors, car speakers, dirty speakers, old speakers ect... He also makes other plugins that are a free version of some other paid ones that are equally good or get the same features overall...

The listening with different speakers and headphones is a huge one! I learned while taking web design classes the end result in a controlled environment doesn't matter. If the site looks bad on a client's computer, they'll say it looks bad. If a song sounds bad on a listener's speakers, they'll say it sounds bad!

So many mixing tip idk... thanks simoneeee.... A small tip :- when you are playing your song on the playlist...if you hold CTRL and press space it will stop at that place specifically...it will not jump back...😁 Tip no 2 :- if you hold shift....and press on a track...it shows a lock 🔐 icon...and it turn green...that means that...if you solo some other track....the track with the lock Icon will not turn off...works on channel rack, playlist, and mixer.....(works with automation the best imo) Tip no 3 :- grouping tracks on playlist will help a lot...if you want to hear only your drums...press alt and right click at the top of the track you grouped...alt left click turns of that group...works on mixer as well....

With "inverted" controller expressions, try .8 instead of 1 (so ".8 - input") because most knobs relating to gain in FL are .8 by default. Putting 1 - input technically increases the whole thing louder than it was originally

Also, if you are using Fab Filter Pro Q3.. you can use the side chain feature within that plugin to say side chain the 808 to your melody then have it cut low frequencies only when your 808 hits, all within Pro Q.
