You can play randomly as well! If you're not good with finding melodies, use Patcher and a the VFX Key Mapper. You can set it to remap the keys you press to stay within a key or even put in notes from another melody to find variations. ;-) Would be awesome if Simon shows us his take on this nifty feature of FL Studio!

dope vid simon! Just a little tip, for tuning 808s, you can open your 808 sample right click wav form, then open in audio editor then right click detect pitch regions then you will know what key it's in, and finally you can tune accordingly 🧨

Simon, you forgot to say that there's a way to check the 808's tuning even if its not written on the samples name, you pull it into Edison, click the marker button I believe and click "show pitch regions"
