Bro, I like your page a lot!!! Five stars for promoting pinoy food, really good and delicious! Suggestion for improvements on food handling: sanitary practices like face/ mouth shield, hand gloves are good but need to replace when handling from one menu to another do not let your 'gloved hands' touch any part of your body, good that you wear hair net always just make it consistent for all staff, an alcohol/ sanitizer station will be helpful to make sure no contamination occurs. Just my suggestion, if it can help. Thanks and God bless you!!!!

Maybe a tip on heating problem, try to have reserve set up of portable tent in your trucks if you ever have some free compartment for it . (High enough and enough headroom between tent and the truck roof) 4side pole+ tent. Quite hard to store it tho. Tent enough to cover the whole roof of the truck (tent will get majority of the sunlight and heat. reducing temperature problem inside and maybe a solar setup+battery above the truck/tent roof for a fan that can blow hot air out around the floor evn on hottest day a good circulation and fan might help. Set it up earlier in the morning specially if you guys are experiencing a whole week or month of heat
