May i suggest: on 19:25 when you wiped your hands after dumping egs on the pan, use a cloth thats been dipped in clorox. This will sanitize your gloves/ hands and avoid salmonella. When we used to have our concession here in the East Coast, the Health Dept was very strict about it. Good luck. Love your recipes, except for the garlic powder. At least for me only.
