Thanks for your video. Does it also work with MG995?

weird I also got one of these Servo tester and just got my first servo today (im a newbie to servos) and even if I connect 5v.. the moment I plug in my new servo from BG Racestar PS5520MG, all the 3 lights in the sevo tester start blinking and I cant do anything, servo tester button dont work etc. I plug brown to gnd, red to power and yellow to signal. and I use the top line of horsontal pins, just like you in this video. and as it says on the servo tester.. I dont know if its my servo that just arrived to day that is faulty or the servo tester or me doing something wrong. but all the 3 blue LEDs start blinking on the sevo tester the moment I plug in the servo and wont take any inut.?

That servo is about at the very limit of what the servo tester can supply voltage to and run a test on. Try a much smaller servo (eg 9gm type) rather than that 55gm one!

Thank You! Can we use it for the control of servomotor from DVD-drive or HDD-drive?

I'm not sure... those have 4 wires, nut just 3.

How can I use this for pc fan 4 pin. I would think that I need 12 v on two pins of fan, but the other pin should be attached to 5v pwm output signal. ?

Very interesting video. Quick question, in Man mode, is it normal for the servo to "stutter"? It does it only near center, and the blue LED flickers too. I have a Futaba FP-S148, and bought this just to test it. I own no RC equipment, and this was an inexpensive way to see if the servo is good, but with the stutter, I'm not sure. Thank you

I'm not an expert in this, but I think it should have no stutter... Try to avoid poor connections, like I did at 0:26.

Hi furulevi! I am planning to use this for a cosplay. I am a total newbie to electronics, so please tell me: Could I use regular AA batteries so then I would not need the SBEC right? My plan is just to make a shoulder cannon raise and go down.

I think so, just don't use a too large voltage, check the servo tester's input voltage range.

those tester cant rotate 0-180 deg? i saw the travel is like around 100 deg only
@theoztreecrasher26472 жыл бұрын
That will depend on the servo capabilities not the servo tester!

Did you use it on 5v or 6v??

I mean the ubec has two settings. 5v and 6v??

Hello sir, can i power my esc with 11.1v 3s lipo battery and use the BEC wire from that esc plug that in the Input place on Servo Tester to test the servo on the Out put place.?
@furulevi3 жыл бұрын
If the BEC outputs 5V then it should power the servo tester. Check the input voltage of all components!

If conected two servo moter 1 is 180D and,anouder is 90D.in auto mode working not good।why
@lg-xt5pn4 жыл бұрын
With the servo tester do any damage if you plug the battery in directly
@furulevi3 жыл бұрын
Probably yes because the servo tester has a lower Input voltage: 4.8 - 6 V
