I saw the video on the Double Toasted channel and saw the different clips. What really made me sad was how the children were reaching out and were so excited to see the mascot just ignore or deny them. I am not one that takes people losing their job lightly, but I do not think that someone should continue to keep that job if they are discriminating like that. I think getting someone who is fair/inclusive is better than trying to train someone that should know that judging children based on skin color is wrong.

I saw a video (by a black man for the record) that the mascots have to say no to picking up, hugging, etc. High fives max. And that other kids were given the no earlier in the cut video. If you see like 20 seconds before those two girls, the mascot does do "no" wag to a few others. These girls are going to face enough, I don't want a normal "no, I'm not allowed to hug you" that all kids might get, turned to hate, then when real discrimination hits they're seen as crying wolf because mom wanted it to go viral. BUT that crap by other characters just belly slapping kids over, that's not ambiguous or anything. One clip with the purple guy scared the crap out of me, knocking a tiny baby over with his belly. WTF.

For example, there was a person in a purple Honker costume who tried to push a young black child to the ground. Or how about the time Bert slapped a black person in the audience during a parade. EDIT: There's also another instance where a person in a Telly costume ignored a black child during a parade.

Sesame Place is the corniest anyway! Back in 2010, my son (2 at the time) was over it 2hrs after walking through the gate! He didn't even want to take pictures with the characters. His response to me asking him in 2016 if he was happy to be at Disney World for the first time was even worse (he's my undeniable carbon copy)! *Too bad I can't post the photos/videos up here.
