1:26:34 Research to change the microbiomes in the body... using exercise and yoga. Prana from the breath, channelled through the body by motions which squeeze and stretch, opening and closing pathways? Changing microbiomes into other microbiomes with other programming (so to speak) for the body? How marvellous are forms of nature! Each is a mini universe.

Actually, my comment was limited to the specific statement of the time to travel. I believe exploring space from within is better than actual space travel. At least now with our limited technology. Mystics such as Rudolph Steiner as well as Sri Yukteswar discovered knowledge of space by going inward. @raumshen9298
