I am a young woman and thank you for your Biblical preaching and I wish I could bring my parents to your church, they are so deeply rooted in modern evangelicalism feel good Christianity. John had a cardiac event this past year that required surgery or a medical procedure. His speech has been slow and difficult ever since. He has explained the medications or a particular medication they have him taking is contributing to some of the changes you see. It is possibly a combination of "both" the cardiac event and medication making his mind, his speech, and his movements slower and seem a bit impaired.
