professor, across your videos you make several comments about corporate governance as it relates to finance. Could you consider making a video on corporate governance motivated by key financial decisions ?

On the family group company's practices of cross-subsidies of dividend payouts and debt capacities - can there be a PR campaign (similar to activist pressures) to increase transparency, and limit such practices through better governance ? Even for the family group holders assuming that the core businesses are going concerns how do these "balancing" practices contribute to aggregate value of their holdings ? Is there empirical evidence that the companies are valued higher in aggregate?
