Thanks very much. I think it’s called a pin vise and you can find them on Amazon. The Jaymes company also sells burr holders that are similar. Hope that helps.

Hello Brian, Another name for the double-ended tool Tom uses is a pin vice. I found a bunch of them on Amazon by searching "pin vice"..
