Session: skate sim-raw gameplay/edited clips at end(ps5)manual catch,realistic,super clean(peitruss)

Raw gameplay (at pietrus park) with edited footage at the end. All recorded and edited on ps5.
Edited footage starts at 5:08 run time.
Hope u enjoy just trying something new and also trying to use a bit more difficult but also a touch more real stats or least feels tough def having a harder time than just stock hardcore mode but i also just suck. Haha but def still finding ways to keep the game fresh and fun.

@siggvard man I really appreciate u noticing and saying so , i try and honestly probably pay way more attention to that than I should but especially if i have the animation overlay thing on because its like your arms r straight rubber filled with weight and he just slings em side to side but hopefully will get some improvements to those things in some future updates i hope

Awesome dude! congrats! welcome to the community, it def has some issues sometimes more than others but they r constantly improving it and expanding and honestly can be so rewarding for however u wanna play, i know for me i played off and on for a couple years and then decided to start only playing in manual catch and it was like a whole new game and start over, then even playing in hardcore mode ( the older version) added something extra but overall it can be imo the best skateboarding experience u can have on console but thanks for the compliment really appreciate it! Honestly try way more than i should to make small things not look so twitchy. Haha but again cheers on picking up the game.

I feel you heavy on the manual catch setting I seen you plug in another comment what camera settings you used and found the guy you were talking about! I used his settings but the catch is so satisfying especially when you land 😂 but i’ll def look out for some more of your clips I’m enjoying finding spots right now and just getting lost in trying to nail a trick or line 100 times more or less lmao

Yeah no problem and if u are just starting out on manual catch ( totally your call) but they r kind of a manual catch with training wheels if u wanna say its where u have manual catch on but your grind input is on no release for some reason if u hold down your back/pop foot a touch longer than needed it kinda auto catches most all single flip variations ( kickflip, heelfip, noolie heel etc) it can be a good way to learn as u can still try and catch as u would but u somwtimes eat shit a little less haha and once it feels like u have it pretty good take the grind release up to partial or full ( your call ) and give that a try def takes to another level and feels much tougher but way more satisfying when landing that simple flip in flip out that only took 6 hours haha.

Appreciate it! And yeah its a super clean park and the crazy thing is it a real park or at least this is modeled after and is super close almost exact 1:1 at least for most everything but still unreal they can be a park in such a beautiful setting.

@woody2005 sorry I didn’t get to post those settings last night it was really late however honestly if u just look up anti fergs camera settings on youtube he had a video going over his and they r almost exact except i think my grind camera doesnt zoom in as much but u can play around with the it plus it will be way easier to follow and see than me just posting numbers and if u haven’t checked out his channel his content is killer def one of my fav session players bar none

Its one of the dlc maps, which if u have the extra i think its worth it forsure but both dlc maps r really fun and the creature park most all objects in the middle can be moved around so u can kinda make your own skatepark layout

Honestly just depends sometimes I actually catch with the quote on quote wrong foot just to try and add some style yo like a slow pop shov or something and then sometimes i use the sticks to the outside sometimes feels like it slams it down a bit harder however that sometimes makes it do the bounce glitch more often but for the smoothest catch i use whitchever foot to the inside like moving whichever foot to the center of the board. Hopefully that helps at all, not the greatat explaining things especially in msg form. 🤙🏻

Its peitruss park, its one of the maps in the paid dlc, the other map is sick also with a ton of movable objects to make somewhat of you’re own layout of a huge indoor park.
