This is too complicated. Just 1. Go to Files, 2. Info, 3. Automatic Replies. That's it.

Wrong. If your company uses a Google server, Out of Office function is not available with MS Outlook.

Hi i just tired this and before applying the rule outlook is saying this rule will only apply when I check my mail. if outlook isn't running it will not work. Have you had this issue ?

Does this rule work if Outlook is not opened during Vacation? I mean if the email is resting in email server and is not downloaded in Outlook, still this rule will work??
