I have a pt45 and within a year it failed to cool, especially on the freezer side and won’t keep set temp on fridge side. It’s not showing any error codes, the compressor is running and the vents are not blocked. These are the questions I got from setpower when I called them, it seems like they are trying to put the blame on me, but the blame is on the piece of shit product they put out. Oh btw, what I had in the freezer side went bad, had to throw out about 75 dollars worth of food. This thing sits inside the house in an temperature controlled room(off of the kitchen) Originally bought as a backup for power outage and was in “test” mode to see how it preforms, well, it’s a fail. There’s gonna be people who say mine works fine, well good for you, this one is garbage. Remember you get what you pay for, go cheap, get cheap.
