Thank you, although my model is different, older NX58K9500WG/AA, some of the option choices were similar. I was cleaning my display and placed into Demo Mode by mistake thinking my motherboard was shot. I played around got it out of Demo with options and then placed it into delayed start by mistake. I was punching many option numbers because the numbers didn’t stay lighted. I had no sound either. I eventually fixed the range by turning the range off at the breaker for several hours. Then, by a miracle the clock reappeared and I even got a hi and low broil mode which I don’t ever remember seeing in the last 9 years. So thanks for going through the options it was more helpful than the Samsung Manual.

Thank you. Storm nocked out internet and your youtube only info I could find on my samsung model NX60T8511SS. I found the digital manual but it will not print from my phone because wifi is down. Love this tutorial!❤

The manual is wildly confusing anyway. The button map calls this the preferences menu, but it's full description is under "options function"

I don’t even remember how I figured it out. I think I had to refer multiple manuals I found online. Thought it would be helpful to ME (haha) and others if I posted the consolidated info online.

How do you stop the timer on the stove? Say I'm going to boil water for 20 minutes but instead want to just boil for 12 minutes. I can't figure out how to stop the original 20 minutes and turn it off so I can set the timer to 12 minutes. It just continues counting down from the 20 minutes I first set it to.

Extremely helpful for future notice This information should be in the manual. I’m trying to figure out why my oven no longer can go to 400 degrees . It won’t go past 285 degrees now. Maybe someone can help me ??

I have this stove hit the start button. It will automatically be at 350 degrees. You then set it at the Temp you want. I hope this helps.

very helpful but my mother cannot learn this and this digital control is not user friendly... I purchased this stove and now I have to find something new and more easy to use for everyone ..

My documents say that this is the model I have but it does not have numbers on the display, just up & down arrows.

Setting time doesn’t work on mine. It goes to the number 1 every time.

Just press the clock button don't hold it in. Then put your time in and press the clock button again.

Turn the breaker off on your range for 13 hours or more, since I believe there is a 12 hr delay you may have touched by mistake. I was able to fix my range which was mistakingly placed in Demo Mode and Delayed Start.

mine has the correct time but keeps changing to unside down fe-se then goes back to correct time??? makes me nuts

Error SE means that the touch control panel is shorted. If unplugging the oven for 5 minutes won't reset the error permanently then you need to replace the touch control panel NOT the circuit board.

this Samsung stoves are garbage. it is taking me so much time to learn how to use it but even worse i can not teach it to my parents because they are not able to learn this stupid electronic buttons. Samsung made this garbage not user friendly. every time my mother wants to use the oven she is calling me. Samsung now I have to get a new stove !! i cannot believe i paid for this garbage

This stove doesn’t display am/pm so it doesn’t require you to input that info.

AM/PM is a valid question. Although I changed my time "successfully" it's now on a 24hr military time rotation. How do I go to an 12hr mode?

AmM and PM are changed before entering the new time by hitting the clock again.

this Samsung stoves are garbage.....nobody in my family can use it..... every time we want to use the oven we have to find a way how to use. that electronic control is too complicated. I can learn it but I cannot teach my parents how to use it because it is too complicated for them to learn

I don’t like this stove at all. Even the knobs don’t control the burner you think you should. Like the right most knob should control the front right burner but it turns on the back right burner. The house came with new matching samsung fridge and dishwasher. The dishwasher is even worse. It doesn’t dry well at all.

@@chicagohandyman ... i do not have a Samsung dishwasher but i will never but another Samsung product for the house. make only cellphones because Samsung team of designer for house appliances are idiots .
