I'll admit that I used the auto search feature for months before I learned how to manually switch channels. But its really easy, and good to learn how. You can see/change the drone's band and channel in BetaFlight. My cheap analog goggles have a B button for band and C for channel. So if my drone is set in BetaFlight to R-8 I press the B key until I get to the R band. Then the C key until I get to 8.

How do you find out what hardware you have on your FPV if you have not built it and you have no diagram showing how video receiver connected to flight controller to choose the right options in Ports menu in beta flight please ? Also how do you find out and get same software for receiver and transmitter for binding radio master tx 12 ? Thanks.

I'm having an issue, never really happened before, but i fly in airmode/acro , and im aware it causes errors in the pid loop when coming in for a landing, so it bounces, but my quad sometimes freaks out as of late and just spins out of control, not to many videos on this or how to fix the tune from causing errors, i have blackbox logs. im on an f7 v3 chip- BF 4.4.2. have blackbox for further detail.

why when i prop test on bench my throttle raise slowly to full speed , when i give throttle and go back to idle it just keeps going up in rpms

step one and lost .. pc refuses to see the drone I've done the recommended driver installs cp210x,stm,zydig and irc repair. cables swapped out many times though i use them for connecting drives and controller so i am sure they are data cables. board leds blink red and blue.

Yeah, there's a really easy way! In the receiver section of betaflight there's something that will look like TAER, all you have to do is flip the R and A around and you'll be good to go!

Just head into your receiver tab, and in the section where it says (TAER) or (AETR) switch around your R and E!

Is it possible that the SPRACINGF3 flight controller is not listed / supported by betaflight anymore? Tried using the latest Betaflight version which did only mention this flight controller uses old firmware i should flash it. With betaflight 10.7.2 i can connect and configure the fc, but it won't show listed in the firmware flasher and therefore i can't update it 🤔

Yeah, betaflight is slowly removing f3 processor compatibilities. Do you need to update the firmware? A lot of times the firmware on there is good enough

If you download the newest betaflight configurator directly from Github you shouldn't have any issues. Betaflight has actually worked better on this m1 than on any of my intel macs or windows based computers.

5:30 I have no reactions for moving controller sticks/buttons. Few steps back did not help. Can you recommend any other solutions? My gear is DJI o3, DJI Goggles v2, DJI Remote Controller 2. My drone reacts for controller when I pick calibrate controller trough goggles menu, but drone doesn't arm. Originally it had instaled TBS reciver, which I removed. But it did not help.

Way too advanced for the beginner! Right from the start you are already using the program to make some changes on a quadcopter without even explaining how did you get to that page and what does it do to your quadcopter... A newcomer like me is already frustrated with all the technical terms and numbers and ratios without even explaining what the program does and how to use it. I stopped watching right there ! You should start crawling before you walk......
