Hey, great tutorial but just one thing for people trying twist bones. VRC does not only rotate about your wrist bone, it also your lower arm bone. Meaning if you do not have a twist bone for your upper arm, your elbow would distort during twist motion. For the best result, also rotation constraint your upper arm twist to your lower arm at 0.6 weight.

What if your base doesn't have an upper arm twist bone?

How do you set up your upper arm twist bones while you're rotating the upper arms, in order to reduce unnecessary deforms at shoulders? Do they follow rotation of upper arm bones, lower ones or shoulder ones?

Related to twist bones I have a avatar that has a weird issue where it's leg twist into itself on the lower part. Can't tell if it's weight painting or something else.

While this is a great solution, sadly, it's only supported on PC. Trying to add the rotation constraint component will result in an error when building. Therefore, it must be removed.
