Starting on Zazzle might look confusing at first glance, but it is really easy. Today I will show you how to subscribe and get your members account, and from there, we will set up your first store.

Do you have your store set to private? Go to your store/settings and under store information there is a setting to check/uncheck saying Make this store private. Make sure that is unchecked

I just double checked the video without the sound going in and out. Is it just on this video you have the problem? If not you should check your computer/tablet/phones audio settings. Sorry that I can't help you.
