Our old Kurig coffee maker quit after about 10 years. This new one has several upgrades like not being “on” 24 hrs a day. I like that it turns off after an hour no or so. Works great.

My power button after turned on goes red flashes green for 2mins and turns off. If I press power button flashes red 40seconds... Flashes green.....turns off 🤷🏽♀️ by 4th attempt only a solid green button. Be quicker to walk to Costa...

Is it normal that the dispensed capsule does not void totally noting that the water grader is positioned correctly as marked on each capsule)

We notice a spring has come loose when we first used it any ideas where this fit it happened when we took water container off ?

i never opened mine yet. i can see a small spring in a opening in the back of the machine behind the water container. the instruction says this is a 'cleaning devise' ...

i had the same problem, i just pulled it and it came off. It was taped on to the side of the machine that was why i struggled. I reckon you have already solved it by now,,,

@@Jerseywonder56 i did :D i had to pull on it with all my might. i just needed to find out which direction to pull. thank you for the answer tho :) (for anyone with same issue. just pull horisontaly away(back not up), and make sure to have a good grasp on the tiny handle thing. it's a slippery bugger.)

@@emmateigland5921 just pull horizontaly away(towards back, not up), and make sure to have a good grasp on the tiny handle thing. it's a slippery bugger. there is nothing that can break there so pull without worries. i used a cloth to wipe the handle dry first.
