An image of your "higher self" could appear to you in a dream, through journaling, manifestation, or being in nature. Close your eyes, and when you see the image of your higher self, make a rough sketch of it. Then find a pic in your collection that resembles it.

Really wanna jump back into this but the only part of this whole process is finding a picture of an Elder, contemporary and a divine spiritual guide? Am i just supposed to choose anybody i want should they be alive or dead theres no clarification and im lost

Thanks for pointing this out, I realize I didn't cover this part in the video. The book speaks about "ancestors" in which case I use pics of people who have passed, an put them on the wall behind my altar. "contemporaries" is a word that is also used. A "contemporary" is a person living at the same time as you. So you can choose someone you look up to, authors, celebrities, spiritualist etc. Hope that helps!
