@Adarose did u get anything from the interview stop holding that lack in your heart. She’s not with her sons father but she still choose great men to have children with, because her sons have mentioned their father/fathers. Things don’t always work out but women have to take accountability for the men they choose to have children with. And like the other commenter said this is not about a gender war. Change that energy

Thanks Queen, I lost 45lbs of waste in 3 months, just by going planted based. I drink alkaline water only. My stomach feels way better. Processed food is a killer! I do not eat meat, just started eating “certain” wild caught fish. However, greens and herbs are saving my life.. More energy and not allowing the hustle and bustle of life to cause me to make bad food choices, as a field worker. If I’m in the field and get hungry, I will get a banana and bottled water, as my mind has taught my body when and when not to eat. Hydration, water does help control hunger. Blessings...

Supanova Slom went live on IG when this pandemic first started and said three words that made me dig deeper into my healing. “purify or die” and from that moment I ordered Queen Afua book. I stopped eating red meat. Starting drinking lemon and lime water. Doing my journaling and even found me a therapist. So happy to see them on this platform

She speaks so much truth. A few years ago I was having the worse menstruals, I was pre diabetic, and had fibroids. Of course the doctors recommend surgery for the fibroids and birth control for the heavy painful periods. I declined, I began changing my diet (was vegan for a year) and exercising again...My menstruals improved naturally. I purchased her book a few weeks ago.
@dewilew2137
@dewilew2137 3 жыл бұрын
I’m sure doctors told you at some point that losing weight and exercising would help you. This lady isn’t saying anything new. Doctors have been telling people to change their diet for years, and they don’t do it until they are chronically ill. Then some charlatan comes along preaching veganism and you finally choose to change your diet, and the charlatan gets the credit when your health improves? Why didn’t you listen to your doctor the first time? That just makes you stubborn, it doesn’t mean that this woman knows something your doctor doesn’t. The reason a lot of doctors just straight to surgery or medication is because people don’t listen when it comes to adapting healthier lifestyles, and drastic options have to be considered.

@@dewilew2137 Wow...why must you call her a charlatan?? If you know her she is a genuinely good woman who takes care of herself, her loved ones and wants to share her knowledge. She is speaking wisdom and truth.Yes, what you say about doctors is true for some of them, the ones that care and are in the field for the right reason, BUT some are working w Big Pharma trying to keep us on medications for life instead of curing...when God has indeed provided all if you seek

@@dewilew2137 there are many doctors that don’t offer holistic solutions to health concerns. Queen Afua doesn’t claim to reinvent the wheel as she herself talks about being a student of life and healing. She is sharing her testimony of how it benefitted her and her family. I went to see her over 40 yrs. Ago and she helped me to heal my body..when the doctors had no idea ... we are the healers not her ...she teaches you how to eat and practice wellnes.by cleansing your body mind and soul.. if people dont understand what she does, then shut your mouth keep going to the doctors that are pretty much going by text book for diagnoses. And slowly killing you with prescription drugs.we are all individually designed by God its not a one size fit all... what works for one person could be poison to your body..so open your mind shut your mouth and maybe you can learn something that can change your life...everyone is not out to get you. I love how her and her son are working together , it’s just so interesting to listen to all of you how you all wait and listen to each other. I love listening to smart people who believe we can all heal. Prophet Mohamed peace be upon him told us” every illness has a cure accept death” so it just shows you don’t have to live with pain

@Momo Elliot No I didn't miss all those. I've followed most of them not only on The Breakfast Club. Many of them plus countless others have been activist long before the Breakfast Club existed. I am not a constant viewer of the Breakfast Club and I'm sure I've missed many post that interest me. Nevertheless I need only to go into their countless videos and search them out. However I was not familiar with Queen Afua and it was refreshing to get to experience her on the Breakfast Club site. I give credit where credit is due so that was my honest and open comment and my shout out to them. But thank you for asking.

I suddenly suffered from Asthma at age 27 after a summer in Spain where everyone smoke cigarettes everywhere including the hallways, cafeteria, library & computer lab of the university I attended. I researched herbs, nutrition & lifestyle & healed myself.

Queen Afua is on it! The intuition, the nervous system will NOT lie. I say this all the time, I pay attention to how people make me feel. This is who I know who and what is for me! Oh, and I am all about heal thyself first. That testimony will tell it all. Blessings to you all ❤️
