I can't believe what's going on with Ashley she should support Seth instead of making seen. She should send someone to help them, or Seth should go there and help. It's doesn't matter who is in charge. It's family business. I feel sorry for Les he deserves better. He created great business and create a good future for his kids. They should be grateful and make Father proud. Everybody laughs on them, and nobody respect them because they are acting like kids. Their dad have been in hospital because of them!! and look like they're not care. Mr. Les, after so many decades of hard work. I wish you that you will have more time for your self and your wife relax start travel, enjoy life for change. If they are not grown up. You should find experienced manager show him around and I guarantee you will happy without stress. It is easy job and I can't believe that they can't work together.
