If Set had fired Ashley, revenue would have doubled if not tripled for the company. She is like poison to the company and the character that she "plays" is simply not good entertainment at all. The true power of a strong woman like ashley is a true credit to the family owned business and women in the workforce and at home...yes, even if it is in fact scripted, women in general between to males will always be in my opinion the best negotiator.
