Since everyone is confused about extra 0.67% dilution its not that difficult, see she was ready for lesser capital but got a larger capital ( 1st point ) Ab capital ka change linear nahi hota kabhi kabahr 2 cr is better that 50+50+50+50 lakhs , ( overtime inflation ) Secondly , usko 4 shark ke alag alag domain mil rahe hai to ofc kisi bhi rate pe mile ,0.67% equity vo baad mein asaani se counter ho jayega ( 2nd point ) And lastly itna jyada capital ke sath voh sharks ko fast and easy exit bhi de degi aur jarurat ho to overall capital ke compund profit se utna equity vapas se khardi sakti hai Abhi bhi doubt ho to puch lo .

Wo nhi ho rha hai na tabhi to wo iss brand se jude hain. Unke pass itne order nhi aa rhe. Lets say they have capacity of 100 people and they are able to serve only 50 people. So in this way they are underutilized. What she is doing is that she is sending her pre-maid recipes to them of atleast 50 people and she is asking them to prepare those recipes for one of its 8 brands. So in this way their kitchen is fully utilized now and they can also genrate profit from this. For unit economics you can refer to video. She explained this part in the video
