I don't know why they named the programme "Indian Idol". Why only Hindi songs. It should be like performance by artists from different languages. Now it's just "Hindi idol". Every state in India has their own culture and language. Music has no language barriers. I wish let them participate more artists from north east states, southern states, etc ... I haven't heard any great music from north east states, which is known as an Indian song.
