Because fear comes from scaring putting meditation and arbitration in some high courts. So if arbitration is written for high courts you need to file the case in that high court and the same will be done by the company. Big giants have muscle power but startups wouldn't want to go to such places all the time because literally if they put such clause. Big players can file fake cases and the startup will have to hire muscle even at high courts. So they would like to not go at such places every other time.

One thing i want to tell about namita and aman that they are very very hypocritic and are just showing oversmartness In every pitch she says i have no expertise in this field, and now suddenly she says she can help you. The reality is when money and profit is positive in startups they automatically gets expertise. 😂 The founders should have picked anupam and amit. They were the right value adding sharks for them.
