Also, the fact that he said that her remark of "nish hair ki malkin" had been playing on his mind was extra ordinary. His assessment that she may not like to dilute her equity was correct. She admitted she would not dilute it much. Great observation. And after his reason, I could guess she would choose Amit because he takes less equity. Money anyway was not a concern.
