​@@ankur-4293 I'm in 10th too .. Anyways see 5% for 60lcs makes valuation of 12cr valuation and when he said for 1.2cr for 10% then the valuation remains the same but more capital is coming. As she was raising her first round and needed guidance so giving out 10% wasn't a big deal. With this 1.2cr she got her value which she had through 10% of equity
