I think nandha has potential to be there in that kitchen.... Instead jeevika or kavitha are eligible to get out....they both escape with some luck...I know it's nandha's mistake to not to put two major elements on the plate...definitely judges must have the same thought... Might be It's not his day

Missing an element is not a big error vs Jeevika who made 3 failures said by chef Kaushik inconsistent cooked duck under and over, under cook center hasselback potato, sauce consistency missed….so why missing element caused Nanda, rather than Jeevika?

When cooking western dishes especially ducks, steaks n roasting chicken, the chefs use cooking thermometer to check. Otherwise there is a chance of overcooking or undercooking. Asian cooking we hardly see thermometers bcos our dishes do not really need them.

Tamil Cooking show - Chefs speak more in English. Also why WESTERNISED non practical dishes to cook? Whay about to cook sambar and kuzhambhu theriyuma?
