Do you think this would happen more in bigger cities in Italy than in smaller ones? I live in upstate New York, USA. In the area I live in upstate NY, we are always very polite and respectful of the space for any celebrities who visit. We stay where we are asked to, etc. You hear stories of fans rushing celebrities in large cities like NYC, though.

Most of it is filmed in Cardiff, with additional scenes in London, North Gower St is where the exterior scenes for 221b Baker St is filmed.
