Kevin just saw your update vid. You go ahead and do what you need to do, to spiritually and mentally recharge, whether it’s to take breaks to do other hobbies, go out in nature and just relax or whatnot. I periodically take breaks from games and do other things like trying out new restaurants with family/ friends, drive out to beaches, practice guitar or digital art, work out etc. And a strong support friend group helps a ton. I have a good church small group I meet with every Thursday and we catch up with one another for prayer, and we’re just honest with each other for mental growth. Also I’ve been playing the Pokémon Diamond remake and replaying Pokémon Sword and really enjoying the immersive storyline/ presentation and gameplay, just taking my time soaking it all in. Considering getting the Arceus game since I’m a big fan of Gen IV haha. Take care brother -
