Hello to everybody... I built a new dark magician deck yesterday and I just wanted to see a dark magician deck profile back to the year I started playing yugioh from, and all I have to say is that we are completely ruined... The meta is what makes this game suck and why a lot of yugioh players quit... My dark magician deck has the new card dragon master magia, and 2 dragoons... Meta became very accessible and a lot of players have better decks than I can emagine. The main problem is that meta made yugioh lose its authenticity and make new monsters that you can auto summon them and win the game instantly. I don't really like the meta, but I wanted to keep the dark magicians alive. In the video you are talking about some backrow removal at 13:45 and all the nostalgia hits again. I remember that year, 2015, I met a great friend in my old English school and me started yugioh together. He got pretty good to the game and better than me but now we do not talk together anymore plus, he doesn't even play yugioh that much... I miss the old times where I could just invite him and play cyber dragons ve machinas and have the most goofy times. Look at the new meta now... It's disgusting and it's not even fun to play. I just came back to this video because I wanted to feel this nostalgia once again before I get my new cards for the deck. That's all I had to say, and of course, elevate hardstyle 💪

I was among those who ran wave motion cannon and toxic highly powerful harpie decks back in the day. definitely ran these plus inaba white rabbit gravity bind no ugly trios It got banned sooo hard. wave motion cannon solar flare dragon. was like straight up terror*sm ST4X. had 1 or 2 lava golem. 4x solar flare dragons. max amount wave motion cannons i think 2x gravity bind 3x sonic duck 1-2x matara the zappers max amount inaba white rabbit 1-2x infinite dismissal max axes of dispairs nobleman of crossout magical cylinders hammer shots and occasionally torrential tribute max pot of greed pot of avarice MST occssionally 1 SST8 bottomless trap holes noblemaneater bug man eater bug cyber jar neo aqua madoor. and 2 or 3 share the pain. One Widespread Ruin secret rare. inaba goes back to hand regardless. solar flares ping and protect each other think it was 300 or 500 damage each dragon each turn. wave motion cannon is like an FFTA sniper waiting for the countdown to end for the death attack and grim reaper to KO the target. usually don't clock more than 6000 on the wve motion cannons. With the printing of heavy storm it hurt the deck but was not impossible. 15 to 20 turns sounds right. It was fun and it was crippling. Armed Dragons and low to the ground decks eith swarm of scarabs swarm of locusts were decent counters. I ran locusts and scarabs 1x each in the deck as well at times. much of those decks were banned or restricted. it was very VERY powerful. Fun days.

Judges don’t know anything I’ve tried to negate dark ruler no more super poly or anything that says it can’t be negated with the murmail negate equip cards but they said it can’t negate them but the card says resolution not activation it works in master duel but not locals

the question remains....can it make a decent coaster for one's drink?

i ran this in my exodia deck as a backup win condition if they countered my deck along with other cards like fruits of kozaky and return from a different demension since i could pulll exodia back into my hand from graveyard and also if it was removed from play completely i could bring it back but if somehow they still managed to ruin the exodia combo i could still have a win condition in wave motion cannon. it also creates pressure making them use some of there counter cards on it instead of countering the main win condition of exodia.

I just love to watch a good duel

My favorite Vic Viper. I build my deck with 3 XX03. Add 8 XX03 searchers like Jade Knight, Sangan, Shinning Angels. I also have some Honest, Rush Recklessly, Limiter Removal, Armory Call and T301 to instant boost XX03 attack when my opponent think it's attack is low. Beside that is some equip spell like Axe of Despair, Double Edge Sword, Twin Swords of Flashing Light - Tryce, etc to further boost its power. You can also use Ojama Trio to throw some tokens into opponent's monster field for target practice. Since the deck focus on power up and keeping one XX03 alive, I safe guard it with Safe Zone, Heavy Mech Support Platform, Heavy Mech Support Armor, and some effect counter. If not banned, you can also use Union Carrier in combo with Heavy Mech Support Platform/Armor which in case of the Platform, it add 500 atk on top of the 1000 from Union Carrier. Those Heavy Mech Support things are kind of fun to use and also basically grant XX03 some extra lives so you can sometimes pop a Limiter Removal or wipe the board and expect it to live for another turn.

Phenomenal deck this is personally my favorite archetype and I’ve been running it for years. I truly wish that they were faster and better, but nevertheless, really great list and I just come back to this deck profile to remind myself to go back into the basics and remember that the pure variant is always the way to go. I’ve tried so hard to splash other things into it, but definitely the recent honest support does help. And maybe some labrynth cards

i saw this in a striker deck tech where they tribute off shizuku. i'm thinking of siding this in for when people make me go first since i think it's fairly common knowledge that sky strikers lean much heavier into going second nowadays

update : Mainly playing pokemon games right now on the side. If I do come back...it will most likely be for older formats not newer stuff. Also thinking about streaming old Yughioh games to. Would love to hear feed back on this. Thank you all.

You should try HAT format if you want, I felt like that was a very diverse format back then where we saw many archetypes in play, including Gravekeeper, Mermail, Firefist, Geargia, Spellbook, Traptrix etc. Would be cool to see a duel vid of that --
