Nice! I love when people share street foods from other cultures. I've learned so much from my travels that my family doesn't ever have to eat the same dish more than twice for MONTHS unless the dish is a fave. Some street foods can have very unhealthy ingredients though, so make sure to save those foods for something special like a holiday, sporting event, birthday etc. Thank you dear poster. 😊

So many amateur food inspectors in this comment section. Things that I saw were fine. Using the same spatula for raw and then cooked patties may touch raw meat juices to the exterior of the patty, but there it is immediately brought to safe temp as soon as it touches the grill or even the patty itself which on the outside probably runs over 200. The danger is internal temp at the center of the patty which takes time.
