Setting a dbx ZonePRO™ Product using the Configuration Wizard in ZonePro Designer

It would be much easier to follow if you set your screen to a lower resolution before recording. The windows would be larger, and the text would be easier for my fifty-year-old eyeballs to read.

please can you help... the ethernet port on my zonepro1260 is not connecting on my computer, niether lights are not blinking

If you are using the Ethernet port instead of the RS-232 port make sure that you have unchecked the button for com ports and selected the Ethernet connection in the network setup. If you have already done this, make sure that the IP address of the computer you are using to program your ZonePRO and the IP address of your ZonePRO are close to each other (I just copied the computers IP address and changed the very last digit when I assigned my ZonePRO’s new IP address). The Subnet Mask of the programming computer and the ZonePRO have to match, in my situation the Subnet Mask was 255.255.0.0. Once I changed the address I clicked on “Go Online” in Design Wizard and it located my ZonePRO, I was then able to double click on it and program it. Be aware that if you manually add the ZonePRO you’ll be working offline and not actually making any changes to your device. If you cannot locate your programming computers IP address information click on the “Start” button in the bottom right of the screen, in the search bar type “command prompt” and open a command prompt window, then in the command prompt window type in “ipconfig” and press enter. Your IP address, subnet mask, and other needed info should then pop up.
