Setting Log Post/Installing Ridge Beam

It’s incredibly rewarding to reach this stage: setting the support logs and installing the ridge beam. I have to admit, being up on this scaffolding is a bit nerve-racking, but the thrill of seeing the structure take shape keeps me going.

Man, Matt when you are standing way up there putting that beam in, I found it very frightening. I also wondered how hard it was being up there in that wind.
