16:22 PoE1 has 5 dragons, killing any of them would do, especially if you killed the Adra dragon. There is even an achievement with the White March DLCs for killing EVERY dragon in a single play through.

I wasn’t sure if the DLC dragons would proc that response, but I guess there’s no reason they wouldn’t. Yep, I got it, though I tend to forget about the double dragon fight.

Cipher Multiclass very well. They get a ton of bonus to Penetration and damage with weapons which the second class can use to do massive hits with their resource which will in turn generate lots of Focus for your cipher spells.

Serafen is a fun character, though most people don't use him on account of his subclass. I think there's a 30% chance of random effects though it might be lower not any higher. As another commenter said Cipher is a fantastic multiclass and Witch in particular can get pretty crazy dps either in melee or with blunderbuss shenanigans. I feel Serafen is one of those characters more people would take if there was an extra party slot, why Obsidian? Why 5 instead of 6? You also got to the ship mechanics, a little undercooked imo but I don't think it's any worse than any of Owlcat's kingdom or crusade management. Don't forget to put your injured crew in the heal slots or it's a constant morale drain, they also don't heal until you put them there at least that's how it used to be I think, that might have changed at some point though.

I enjoy the Cipher class altogether, but like you said, because I’m only allowed a five-member party he’s not going to make the cut. At least, not as of yet. There’s three returning characters, so I plan on using them my first playthrough and then I’d like to have a priest alongside my main character. We need Dungeon Siege 1 party size back, with a resounding eight party slots. It’s serviceable, and designed in a way to not be overbearing. Though I don’t know how much of the game is tied behind the ship combat. I enjoyed my sample of it, though I won’t take as long to read everything next time, unless there’s something unique about it. I keep meaning to move my injured crew to reserve, but forget. One day we’ll get her leg patched up.

I kinda never used the blue dude save for the piratey quests. I remember there was something that bothered me about the sublcass that i cant recall now, other than the obvious ofc, but I think ciphers had some select class abilities that were really good.

If I didn't have my infatuation with Paladins, I probably would've done a spear and shield Cipher. I already know which party members I plan on taking, with one variable slot, but I think Xoti will be staying there so I have a Priest in my party. Though my party is not set in stone.

He's probably referring to to The Master Below, the Adra Dragon.
