Is the Dugan built in on the TF or did you have to install a Dugan card?

What is a DUgan used for. I am just starting out with my church who has a TF1. I'm glad I know how to turn it on but I don't know what it is.

It’s great when multiple people are talking on stage. For example a panel discussion where there are several mics that are live at the same time. It helps prevent feedback by cutting the mics that are not being spoken into.

To reiterate, it is ideal for SPEECH, not singing.
