Brilliant video yet again Lauren. Although you did this video 2 years ago, I have recently been asked to embroider onto caps. My cap frame has not even been out of the box yet and I've had the same machine as this one for just over two years. You have taken the fear of using the cap frame away and I am now looking forward to giving embroidering on hats a go:)

I really enjoyed this video. I'm thinking of buying a home embroidery machine this year. I hadn't thought about a Happy brand machine until I found your channel, but I am now seriously considering this brand. Unlike you, I am really keen on cap embroidery. Have you had issues with the hcs3 unthreading itself after cuts and colour changes?

@@neilvectis hi, no I can’t say I have but if you are having issues with this sounds like either the needles aren’t in straight or, in your machine settings you can set it to leave longer thread tails when it’s performing trims so the needle shouldn’t unthread

Does your HCS3 have a cross hair laser? Mine just has a laser dot. I thought it would be the same as the machine in this video but I did buy it in the US.
