His problem was using Walmarts name illegally. He should of detained the items till the police arrived. If I go to a McDonald's with thier logos and offer a service in thier parking lot McDonald's would have every right to destroy anything with thier copyrighted logo on it. His lawyer gave him shitty advice which is why this bit ended before it started. Also him lying and pretending Walmart is trying out this new service is a legal nightmare. He got off very easy.
