Hi Zack. I’m new to Blood and am gonna buy a Baby Blood from a dealer. Could you please give me some tips how to identify if that baby is a true RED one or a just tan/brown/yellow one when it becomes an adult. I’d love to hear your experiences. Thank you.

Unfortunately without seeing the parents of the animal you pick, there is no true way of telling. You can look for underlying rich coloration however it's a game of luck without seeing the adults.

What humidity do you keep your blood's?

My adults around 60-70% and even more while in shed. Babies before their first shed are usually around 80%.

I have the little guy from you set up with a large moss container and a hide. He loves his moss box and uses it more than his hide. He likes his rodent left on the edge of his box and eats it during the night. When do you introduce your young Blood Pythons to eating rats?
