Great, thanks for sharing. Your videos have been invaluable when trying to assembly the "Routakit Challenge" (missing, parts, crapy documentation, incorrect parts.)

Hey, I was able to finish the assembly of my machine after a long time. I connected all electronics and followed this video to configure my motors (Thanks!). However, there is something very strange with my 4 motors, they vibrate constantly. when I send a command to move them, they do the job, but continue with the vibration. Did you see anything similar in your end?
@accidentaltradesman51396 жыл бұрын
oscmejia00, no I didn’t have anything like that. What motors do you have?
@oscmejia006 жыл бұрын
@@accidentaltradesman5139 Nema 34. I don't think my 4 motors have the same damage, I think it's a current issue or something is wrong with the controller.

oscmejia00 I’ve got nema 24 but I would think the setup would be the same. Did you get on the FB page? There you can share a video of what’s going on an we will see if anyone recognizes the problem. Do you have the stdr- 4c controller?
@oscmejia006 жыл бұрын
@@accidentaltradesman5139 yes, the standard stdr- 4c controller. I will post a video there. thanks man.

Hey I need some help on mine. I don't know if you know what a MB3 breakout board is. www.cncroom.com/interface-cards/mb3 did also has some output pins on it is this what you went on when you were locating what pin number that you had in your pictures in your video?
@accidentaltradesman51394 жыл бұрын
Ron Bown probably yes. So the ess pins are always active, so if they get/send a signal it will show up in your diagnostic window. So what you can do is: use the pin out for your MB3(it should have motor ports assigned) and wire your motor drivers to that. Technically I think you could wire them to any digital out put pins but you’d have to remember which ones they are. Let me know if you need anymore help

Too bad the video isn't in focus... and doesn't help with tuning the motors
