This week I set up my business operations! I took the first steps to officially starting my marketing agency from building my company website, flipping things for money, and hiring my first freelancers. And, of course I bought some overpriced bikes... Which seems to be a theme throughout this whole project!

I've just discovered your channel. Man, you are really inspiring. Most youtubers just talk, and you show us how to do that. You're doing it from 0$ so no one can have excuses that you had an easier start. I always wanted to become an entrepreneur and stop exchanging my time for money, but something in my head holds me back from hiring people. Hey bro, When you onboard, what does that consist of?

Hey Adam! It depends on what i'm onboarding for but here is my typical process: 1. Get them company email and on gsuite 2. Invite that email to slack, trello, send legal docs via docusign, invite to hubstaff (time tracking) and last pass (password management) 3. Make sure they have any access and training they need and get going!

@@themikeblack Yeah dope :) what has made you choose hubstaff vs something like toggl? Also have you had staff taking the piss a bit with hours + how do you stop that?

@@meetwally hubstaff is great! I used everything and like it better then any competitor products. I haven't used toggl in 3-4 years so I can't comment on their curent functionality vs hubstaff, but Hubstaff has the most features for the most affordable price IMO

If only you had paid $600 instead of $800 for the four bikes, you would have came out ahead. I think you're in about $195 for the remaining bike you use. It does look nice, but you should have had it free with all the effort you put in with the lot.
