Thank you! I had to pause the coffee shop after 6 months because the venue kept getting booked during the cafe hours and it interrupted the business. I'm trying to see how I can make it work this summer because my plan was for it to be a summer thing anyway! Let's see :)

Hi Reetu, keep up with the good work. Just curious to know regarding the billing the inventory out of the grocery business towards your event business. Is it on cost or retail price? Also, do you hire the chefs/support team on contract basis? Thanks

Thank you! I bill myself as a client, from the store to the venue. The chefs are private chefs, they have their own thing going on and they work at the venue when I have events. :)
