I listen to a lot of audio books. I love it. I can listen while doing other things. I love Amish romance and Amish suspense. They are feel good books. I also read paperback books. If you don’t mind spicy, you may like Nora Roberts. I would rate her spice around 3. Have fun with this journey. I love it. I keep a log also. Good luck!

Nicholas Sparks is a good author for the love stories. A bend in the road is my favorite. I have read everything from him. Also for suspense/thriller I suggest Alice Feeney so far my favorite from her is Daisy Darker. For something fun and lighthearted I like Sophie Kinsella. Fifty shades of gray I think is a 4 on the spicy meter and most Colleen Hoover books are a 2-3, same with Nicholas Sparks. For a 5 spicy meter I would say Butcher and Blackbird. That’s just my opinion. I read a lot, 50-100 books a year.

If you google verity bonus chapter you can find more of the story I just got back into reading earlier this year and I’ve already read 60 books. Once I started u couldn’t stop lol. My favorite authors I’ve read are Taylor Jenkins rreid (the Seven husbands of Evelyn Hugo is my fav book this year!), Emily Henry & Abby Jimenez. Freida McFadden also has fun easy to read thrillers. I also made my own reading journal, most of the pages I made plus a few I got from plan with ilysse, and I love it almost as much as the actual reading lol

If you like colleen hoover I think you’ll like martina Cole and Lisa Jewell, her latest book is brilliant but left me sad haha I love to read but recently haven’t had the headspace for anything heavy so , I’ve been enjoying reading Polly Babbington books as they are so easy to read, and have all the feels with happy endings x
